This lovely tapestry bedspread features the Triquetra Symbol. The Celts see the Trinity Knot or Triquetra as a representation of the natural forces earth, air, and water and have associated it with the lunar phases; when the moon was waxing, waning, and full. The trinity knot has also been known to symbolize life, death, and rebirth. No one is 100% sure about the meaning of the symbol, but it's roots are undeniable Celtic in design.
The Triquetra Tapestry measures 102" Long x 72" Wide. It can be used many ways ~~ make a sarong, use as a large Altar Cloth, take to the beach, use in the car, use as a coverlet on a bed, as a wall hanging, a chair throw...the uses are endless. Last photo shows boarder detail.
